awful smell plumbing issue
the staff was kind i especially appreciated ayhan he was very helpful and available
there was an awful smell in my room i asked for it to be looked into while i went out they clearly just sprayed air freshener the smell quickly returned so they must have a plumbing issue

superb location
great location attentive staff
The hotel is next to a square. i had convenient access to various attractions and a bus stop. Our room overlooked the hagia sophia dome. the staff were very helpful. Haji in the restaurant was attentive and amusing!

helpful service fantastic location breakfast choice
mirac and ayhan provided great service. i found them very helpful to me. the hotel's location near aya sophia is fantastic. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the room size was adequate for my needs. it included a desk and sitting area.
the room had a slight musty smell. i reported it to the front desk. they did spray air freshener. the odor returned shortly after.

the breakfast included fresh fruits, pastries, and turkish cheeses. i saw various juices and hot beverages available. the dining area was clean. i noticed staff maintained the buffet adequately.

the hotel is near major attractions. i saw aya sophia, blue mosque, and topkapi palace within a short walk. public transportation is easily accessible too. the convenience is a definite advantage.

staff were attentive and responsive to me. ayhan and mirac helped with my requests. housekeepers were prompt. i felt the service was high quality, even with the minor room issue.

outdated room dust
the location proved useful for accessing major sites. it was close to the hagia sofia.
the room i booked which was a superior city view room. it didnt match the photos online. it felt very old. some lights didnt work well also there was some dust.

Really good Hospitality Close to Attractions
polite staff fantastic location
the hotel staff were polite and helpful . i even received a ride to a restaurant i wanted to visit. the room was spotlessly clean and breakfast tasted great.
i noticed that cars, including taxis, cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance because of the pedestrian zone. i had to walk to and from a main road to get transport.
