mirac and ayhan provided great service. i found them very helpful to me. the hotel's location near aya sophia is fantastic. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the room size was adequate for my needs. it included a desk and sitting area.
the room had a slight musty smell. i reported it to the front desk. they did spray air freshener. the odor returned shortly after.

the room i booked which was a superior city view room. it didnt match the photos online. it felt very old. some lights didnt work well also there was some dust.

the hotel staff were polite and helpful . i even received a ride to a restaurant i wanted to visit. the room was spotlessly clean and breakfast tasted great.
i noticed that cars, including taxis, cannot drive directly to the hotel entrance because of the pedestrian zone. i had to walk to and from a main road to get transport.
